If you are not satisfied with the actions of the AFSA or its employees in a regulatory matter, you may first seek an appointment with the employee or with the Director of his or her relevant department to resolve the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may make a formal complaint by submitting complaint online in the Submit your complaint section. The AFSA will handle the complaint if the claim involves an allegation of ethical misconduct or dishonesty, conflict of interest, improper use of information, or breach of regulations or rules.
